Gabriele Carboni

Gabriele Carboni is a globally recognized marketing strategist, co-founder of Weevo Srl Benefit Company, and a leading expert in digital communication for sustainability. With over 12 years of experience, he has worked with major brands including Armani, Lamborghini, Danone, and iliad. Gabriele is a keynote speaker at international events such as the World Marketing Summit and co-founder of the Impact Marketing Award. He is the author and co-author of numerous marketing books with industry leaders including Philip Kotler and Marshall Goldsmith. His work has been recognized by institutions such as MIT, Harvard, and The Economy of Francesco. A pioneer in regenerative and impact-driven marketing, Gabriele sits on several scientific and advisory boards and was recently honored at the European Digital Mindset Awards. As a Board Member of AWE Consulting, he brings deep strategic insight and global experience to drive sustainable, high-impact marketing innovation.

Esat Sezer

Board of Directors  

Esat Sezer is a visionary technology executive with over 30 years of global leadership experience across Fortune 200 companies in FMCG, manufacturing, and retail. He is the founder of Ritmus, a company specializing in advanced technology adoption and digital transformation. Mr. Sezer served as Global CIO of The Coca-Cola Company (2006–2016) and Global CIO at Whirlpool Corporation (2002–2006), following leadership roles at Colgate-Palmolive and Andersen Consulting. Currently, he serves on the Board of Advisors at Domo, Inc., advises Mulesoft (a Salesforce company), and is President of the American-Turkish Friendship Council. He has also served on boards including AT&T, Cisco, Sprint, and The Research Board. His leadership has earned prestigious industry recognition, including Computerworld’s “100 Best Places to Work in IT”, and the CIO 100 Award. As a member of AWE Consulting’s Board of Directors, Mr. Sezer brings unmatched expertise in digital strategy and organizational innovation.

Seymur Javadov

Vice President

Seymur Javadov serevs as a Vice President of AWE Consulting, where he leads the company’s strategic development and market expansion efforts. With over a decade of executive experience in FMCG, telecommunications, and consumer electronics, Seymur has held leadership roles at global companies including Nestlé, Procter & Gamble, JTI, and PepsiCo. Throughout his career, he has successfully driven high-impact business strategies, led cross-functional teams, and delivered strong commercial results across diverse markets. His expertise spans corporate strategy, operational excellence, and go-to-market leadership. At AWE Consulting, Seymur is responsible for growing our presence in key regions, cultivating strategic partnerships, and aligning our offerings with the evolving needs of both local and international clients. His deep industry knowledge and results-oriented approach are instrumental to achieving the firm’s long-term vision and accelerating its global footprint.

Elmira Javadova

Regional Director

Elmira Javadova serves as the Regional Director of AWE Consulting in Azerbaijan, overseeing the company's strategic initiatives and operations in the region. With a strong background in digital transformation and corporate strategy, she has played a pivotal role in advancing AWE Consulting's mission to drive sustainable business practices and innovation. Elmira has been instrumental in launching the "Essentials of Modern Marketing" (EOMM) initiative in Azerbaijan, aiming to showcase the nation's business success stories on a global platform. Her leadership extends to serving as the Chair of the Advisory Board for EOMM Azerbaijan Edition, collaborating with international partners to elevate Azerbaijan's marketing achievements. Additionally, Elmira represents AWE Consulting in various strategic partnerships, including collaborations with the American Chamber of Commerce in Azerbaijan and academic institutions like the Azerbaijan State University of Economics
